Day-to-day maintenance work is concentrated in KL and Selangor; major installation projects are mobilised nationwide.
KL-Based. Nationwide for Projects That Require It.
JWE is headquartered at Plaza Danau 2, Taman Danau Desa, Kuala Lumpur — a central location that provides efficient access to construction sites, commercial properties, and client offices across the Klang Valley. The majority of our day-to-day work — commercial property maintenance contracts, reactive maintenance calls, renovation projects, and new installation work — is concentrated in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, where we can mobilise quickly and service contract clients within our defined SLA response windows.
For significant installation projects, JWE deploys nationwide. Our project reference at Toppen Shopping Centre in Johor Bahru (20,000 sq ft glass railing + 8,000 sq ft smart mirror wall) and at Bintulu Seaview Court in Sarawak (200 shower screens) demonstrate that our capability is not limited by geography — it is limited only by the logistics of mobilising our installation teams, material, and equipment to the project location. Major projects outside the Klang Valley are assessed on a project-by-project basis, with logistics cost and programme factored into the quotation.

Kuala Lumpur
Primary service area. Full scope of installation, maintenance, and renovation services. Contract maintenance SLA response times fully applicable. Day-to-day mobilisation for all service types.
Selangor
Full coverage across Shah Alam, Petaling Jaya, Subang, Klang, Puchong, Ampang, and surrounding areas. Contract maintenance and installation services with standard SLA response.
Johor
Installation and renovation projects. Reference: Toppen Shopping Centre, Johor Bahru (20,000 sq ft glass railing + 8,000 sq ft smart mirror). Maintenance contracts assessed on project basis.
Penang & Perak
