For broken or shattered glass panels, we safely remove the fragment, source a matching tempered or laminated replacement, and install within your existing frame.
Hardware Replacement

Re-sealing & Waterproofing
Full removal of failed silicone and perimeter gaskets. Substrate preparation and re-application of marine-grade structural sealants rated for tropical monsoon exposure and UV stability.
Glass Panel Replacement

What maintenance contract options do you offer?
Our monthly maintenance contracts include scheduled visits (1st–20th of each month) covering hardware lubrication and adjustment, seal inspection, glass integrity checks, and frame alignment verification. Monthly job sheets are provided for your records. Contract clients receive priority response and preferential rates for any rectification work identified during scheduled visits.
