Project Scope

Situated in the prestigious KLCC precinct, Star Residence demanded uncompromising quality. JWE Premier Engineering was tasked with the fabrication and installation of 960 units of luxury shower screens across the development's luxury suites.

The Challenge

Working in a dense urban footprint like KLCC presents unique logistical and scheduling constraints. Moreover, the sheer volume (960 units) required a highly systematic approach to material staging, floor-by-floor distribution, and sequential installation, all while adhering to the main contractor's stringent safety protocols.

The Outcome

We deployed dedicated floor managers and specialized installation squads to ensure a smooth flow of materials and labor. The result was a flawless execution of high-end frameless glass partitions that matched the property's 5-star positioning.
